2018-2019 Agenda Options

This year I decided to branch out after four years of using Lilly Pulitzer agendas and it was actually a sort of daunting task! I really need my agenda to be on the same wavelength as me if that makes sense. My agenda and I need to agree with each other. From the color scheme to the order of the pages (such as the address page, the whole month pages, and the weekly planning pages), it genuinely needs to be perfect for me to easily use it! My agenda is where I put EVERYTHING. I LIVE out of my agenda. If I didn't rely so heavily upon it, it probably wouldn't matter how it was constructed down to the tiniest detail. 

But because of my obsession over how they're made, I did a lot of research on which agenda I should choose and I thought I'd share here the agendas I was deciding between! Rest assured these passed the test and they would all be wonderful organization tools for you this next year!

I'll start with the agenda I actually ended up getting. Mine is by Eccolo LTD. I decided to opt for a more simple planner, I wanted this year's planner to include ONLY exactly the pages I NEED. The process to search for a planner with all of the extra pages was kind of driving me crazy to be honest! They were all in crazy orders and there was just too much going on! These agendas are perfect. They begin with the year at a glance pages, which is what I want. You should be able to step back and see which months will be busier and which won't, and this should happen at the beginning of the agenda because if those pages are scattered in between the months, right before the month starts, it has defeated its purpose. After the year at a glance it begins the weekly planning. There is ample space in each day within the week, and each week even has a notes section and the next two months at a glance. The agenda ends with a notes section. A lot of people say they don't use the notes section but my notes are always completely full by the time I'm done with the agenda. When I have a random thought while I'm studying or out and about (I keep my agenda in my purse at all times lol) I scribble it in the notes section! I have had issues with my notes section in my phone completely deleting all of the notes I have created, so I'm a firm believer in physically writing down everything important to me! Sorry this description was so long! I LOVED everything about this planner and if you're still on the hunt, this is the one I would highly suggest! Lastly, here is Eccolo LTD's actual website. You should definitely give it a browse because they offer so much more than agendas! Their "About Us" tab has their beautiful story, you should go read about their small shops in Florence and Venice!

Another Amazon option is Bloom Planners! This company also has some seriously beautiful agendas to choose from! You will also receive high quality phone and computer backgrounds to match your agenda with your purchase. They have many different size options as well as "classic", "hard cover", "vision planners", "teacher" planners, and sooo much more. They have an agenda for every type of person! This blue and white chinoiserie-like agenda was my favorite. 

Lastly, of course, Erin Condren planners. Erin Condren planners are verrry popular among teachers and I could see why. You can either customize your own agenda or purchase and already-made one. I liked that the premade academic planners have a "projects and exams" page. There's no way you can miss a deadline or forget to study with this page at the very beginning of the agenda. If you have a pretty intensive semester ahead of you, GET THIS AGENDA! This page will save your life! These also include a sticker page which I know a lot of people find helpful to organize inside the agenda. I never use them but if you do, this is a good option for you!
