A Cozy Day In

Today was a pretty perfect day. This morning I got coffee with a really good friend that I didn't get to see all summer, AND it's been pouring since I woke up 😍 YES. 

I enjoy myself a cozy day at home more than most, and a perfect cozy outfit and a cup of coffee make it complete. Obviously I didn't go out and buy a new outfit just to wear around our house today, so most of these items are items I have already blogged, just worn a different way!

An obvious rainy day outfit must is a cozy cardigan!! I've worn this one soooo many times since I bought it. It matches everything and is unbelievably comfortable! I linked a super similar one for under $20! 

I'm wearing the same eyelet top that I blogged about for my first fall transition outfit. 

Also, I'm that person when it comes to cozy socks. Any time I can, I put on cozy socks. In the middle of the summer, a random day in the 70's? Cozy socks. Or a day like today with no end to the thunderstorm in sight- my cozy socks. 

I love cozy socks so much that one year for Christmas Matthew bought me like over 10 pairs of them....I'm not joking. I have SO MANY now, but that won't stop me from buying more. 

Lastly, I will use any excuse in the book to throw my Hunters on and I'm so glad today was the day! I tossed these little cuties on for my coffee date this morning and even though I don't plan on leaving the house again today, I might just have to make up a reason to leave to wear them again....lol at me. (Pretty sure Starbucks happy hour starts at three today?....hm)

On another note, what color of Hunters should I get next?? I can't decide!
