Clove + Hallow NYE Eye Makeup
Hi all! I partnered with Clove + Hallow to share some of their products for the holiday season on Instagram, but I wanted to create a super quick and easy to follow guide here as well.
I started by using shade "1" all over my prepped lid. I then used shade "2" for the "back" half of my eyelids, or the half of the eyelids that are closest to my ears. Then I used shade "3" for the back corners and brought just slightly into the crease of my eyelid by blending- not adding extra product. This should create a gentle, shimmery and dimensional eye look! Then, instead of using a separate eyeliner, I wanted to keep it soft so I used shade "4" with a flat angled brush and applied that to the outer 1/3 of my top lash line. When I got to the end of my top lash line, I positioned the brush horizontally (to the ground) and dabbed a tiny amount of product horizontally at the outer corner of the eye to create a super slight cat eye. I finished off with their FlexLash mascara which is absolutely amazing. Their brush is shaped in a way that it easily grabs all lashes and it's baked with bristles which helps separate and lengthen.
Lastly, I exfoliated my lips and then applied their lip velvet in Ellijay. it's important to exfoliate for proper application since lip velvets can sometimes sit funny otherwise. But when applied properly they're gorgeous.
