My Favorite Healthy Recipes to Jump Start Your New Year

Hi guys! Happy New Year to you all! Now that all the craziness is over it's time to buckle down and set your new year intentions and routines. I'll be honest, I'm not making any life changing decisions or changes this year- or at least not as a resolution. What I will do though, is continue to exercise to the best of my ability, continue eating healthy, and continue doing many of the good things I've done in the past. It's just as important to look at what you have been doing well and praise yourself for that or focus on that as it is to thing about what can be done better. Personally, I think I need to look at those things I really worked hard at turning into my daily habits last year (diet, exercise, reading...a few others) and work on maintaining. I'm in a place where I feel happy and healthy and nothing needs to change- that's okay! If you're in the same boat as me, let's maintain together! I wrote about lots of healthy recipes last year (and some treats, too because duh) and here I'm going to re-share those all in one convenient location so you can copy down your favorites while you're planning your healthy meals.
