Spring Florals I've Been Loving

I would be lying if I said I hadn't spent a large chunk of my time during this quarantine online shopping. Honestly it hasn't actually been intentional, it's just where my mind decides to go when I'm finished working, needlepointing, Teddy is napping, and I'm kind of at a stand-still. Usually if I were to "run out of things to do" (do we ever really run out of things to do?😉) I would clean, read, take Teddy outside, or do a myriad of other things but since we've been stuck at home I have so much more time to do these things that they don't need to be done again! Does that make sense?? I've been able to keep our home cleaner than usual, I have more time spent playing with Theodore, I've been working on hobbies and reading way more often, like I have time to do it all now so I've allowed those moments where I'm not sure what I should do next to be online shopping moments. Lol...that was a long-winded way of saying I've been shopping a lot.

Something I've naturally been drifting to this past week or two is florals. I know what you're thinking.

But I've found some really great items that I'll more than likely wear year round and they're all at amaaaazing price points. First we'll start with what I've purchased this spring and then I'll share other items I've had my eye on!

Up close & personal with the top from the first photo in this blog post + Matthew and I, haha. I picked this up from Marshall's, however Marshall's has made the decision to close all stores and their online store to protect their employees from the virus, so I'll link similar options for you. As Marshall's opens again I can get the link for the actual top!

The second floral item I thought I'd include is actually a hand-sketched needlepoint canvas from my Etsy shop. I started needlepoint last summer when I made needlepointed coasters for Matthew and my dad for Father's Day and I haven't stopped loving it since! It was just a few days ago that I decided I'd start making my own canvases and offer them on Etsy. Yesterday I made a tiger lily print and it's available now!

Next are the cutest slip on sneakers I've ever laid eyes upon! I browse Thessali of Down in the Hollow Blog's shopping guides just about every week and I'm so glad I didn't miss last Friday's because it's where I found these slip on shoes!
Please disregard my quarantine outfit, lol. I just popped outside to take a photo of the shoes to include in this post!

Last but not least is my J.Crew Factory floral pajamas! These haven't arrived yet and I can't wait. I actually decided to order these because earlier this week I noticed a favorite pair of my pajamas (that I've admittedly had for years) lost the elasticity in the waist band and they kept falling! It was super annoying and I ended up tossing them, which was heart breaking. But shopping for new pajamas is a surefire way to fix a broken heart!

So here are some other floral items I've found along the way that I'm just as in love with. Spring has just barely sprung so there is plenty of opportunity to load up on cute florals!

#7, the rosebuds print t-shirt is suuuuch a dream. I need it in my life ASAP...along with the rest of these items.

Thank you for reading and thank you for supporting me by shopping my links and my Etsy! I've never been more thankful than I am now! Not being able to leave the house for real estate activities has been interesting to say the least. Not only that, but members of our community (and every community) are very nervous about the virus and it's taking a toll on real estate activity. People buy and sell their homes for a plethora of reasons, but usually to impact their family's life in a positive way. During this time some have decided not to buy or sell, and I can't imagine how stressed they must feel not being able to move forward with such an important decision in their life. I'm so looking forward to life as normal, but in the meantime please know that I'm here for you all. Reach out at any time, I'm happy to talk or to have a virtual happy hour or cup of coffee!! We're in this together!

Thanks again for reading!
