Velvet Hair Accessories

 

I'm am so glad velvet is on trend right now. Honestly I remember having very similar velvet hair accessories when I was super young and I love them now just as much as I did then! I've expanded my horizons a bit these days though and I'm also loving the velvet house shoes/flats, velvet blazers, velvet pants...it's all so gorgeous. I've been into hair accessories especially recently as it seems just about everyone has so this post is specific to that! 

Two places that have very affordable velvet hair pieces are Target and this new Etsy shop, Grace and Grandeur. Since I have my own Etsy shop I always check Etsy first when I'm looking for something new. While this shop came on my radar a little too late for this post, it's definitely going to be a favorite of mine! And if you're also really into velvet right now I think you'll love the shop too. I am one million percent aware that a few of these items are meant for little girlies, but I'm also one million percent confident that worn right, a grown woman can rock a petite sage green bow. I think little velvet details are so perfect for the fall and winter holidays. This Thanksgiving, no matter if are plans are to see anyone or not, I'll certainly be wearing a velvet bow. They add the perfect level of beauty and femininity to your outfit. I think if you're dressed down, a velvet hair accessory would be a nice polishing aspect and if you're dressed up, it could be your perfect final touch. No matter the vibe a velvet hair accessory is the way to go. Trust me!
